Hopefully you've reached this page because you've submitted an entry form for the Surrey Team Epee.
To pay for your entry, here are several options, with some blurb on cons & pros:
1) Unusually, for this event, £30/team, cash or pre-written cheque on the day will be accepted.
2) Post your paper print of the entry with a paper cheque to:

Cheque for £10/indiv or £30/team, payable "Surrey County Fencing Union" please write this out in full
Please check that your cheque is signed / dated etc. Fencer / Team name on back (don't write an essay on the front!)
This method works well if the printed entry form is sent with the cheque but backfires if the cheque bounces
or if the cheque is sent on it's own with no contact details etc so we cannot find out who it it for.
This method is clearest from a governance viewpoint (crossed cheque only payable to ...)
3) Online £10 per indiv / 30 per team

You do not have to have a paypal account you may checkout as "Guest" by card if you chose.
Regardless whether you pay by Checkout/Card or your PayPal, the destination will be SCFU's PayPal account, which is
administered by Ian de Whalley. The money is transferred from there to a specific HSBC sub-account administered
by the treasurer / committee with muti-signatures for withdrawals. Until it reaches that Bank account, this is like
paying cash via Ian de Whalley. Governance is weaker but both sender and recipient get an email trail and the
treasurer will get the records. The sender of the money takes all the risk of paying to the wrong person (so enter
that email address carefully!).
If you forget to enter the fencers name then please send an email to
Ian de Whalley and Tim Schofield, connecting the PayPal email/name to the fencers name.

If you are entering a fencer who is U18 on the day of the event then a parents permission form is available here.

If you pay for a team then that can include 3 or 4 fencers but if the 4th fencer changes to form a new team on the day then that team still has to pay.
If you run out of characters for multiple names then write one plus initials of others.
Individuals not yet in a team but hoping to make up a team on the day may either pay in advance or via the team's £30 on the day.
Unavoidable cancellations (eg due to illness) agreed with organiser in advance (eg due to ilness) can easily be refunded.
