    If you would like to form a team with other fencers then please add notes here (ideally two other names).
9. NB: Competitors must ensure that all kit is of a safe and serviceable nature, and that BFA safety guidelines are met.

10. Please next print a paper copy of this form to post/hand to the organiser.   This is not required is if all your team members are over 18 on the day of the competition AND ALSO you pay by PalPal, associated with a submitted entry form.

11. After printing out a paper copy then please press "SUBMIT" below.   This information will not be automatically collected unless you press submit.    If in doubt try again (so long as the name is the same we will cope!).  After pressing submit then you will be taken to the payment page.  The submit button will move you on to the payment page.
11. If any fencer will be under 18 on the day of the competition then signature of their parent /guardian must be added to the  printed copy for the organiser.     Note that all fencers must be age 13 or over on 1st Jan in the season of the event.
